Our first ever single vineyard Merlot. Merlot is a wine that we only produce in extraordinary vintages and the 2005 was indeed extraordinary. This wine is so rich and complex that some people might not guess it is Merlot. We sourced the grapes for this incredible wine from one of the best vineyards in the state, Stillwater Creek Vineyard. Pure melted chocolate in a bottle! With fine grain tannin on the mid-palate, and a rich creamy finish makes this a wine you can drink on its own, but it would also pair well with grilled meats. Drink now or cellar for 4-6 years.
